
Young Lions Kickboxing Circuit is a total body workout that’s a lot of fun!
It is one of the best ways to get in shape and stay in shape. It’s a high energy, explosive workout that is done to music, but also at your own pace.

Kickboxing Circuit is not only a circuit workout, but a total package of fitness Muay Thai moves are taught and learned and then practiced on various pads. This class consists of warm ups, abdominal strengthening exercises, basic Muay Thai technique and a high energy circuit where you get to punch, kick, elbow and knee the kickboxing pads.
The training environment is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to meet people and make friends, all wanting to achieve the same goal of getting in shape and keeping fit.
