
Young Lions Thaiboxing and Fitness holds small group sessions for those who want to train more regularly or in a small group environment. Depending what the group wants out of their training, we will tailor make a training program for you. The majority of people take up Muay Thai to improve their fitness levels.

BEACH TRAINING
Training at the beach during summer and during daylight saving is a good and fun experience. First, we take a warm up jog on the beach, and then we train on the sand or at the park next to the beach in the fresh air, and then cool down by walking in the water.
